The IEC "Digital Trainer" is a panel with non-removable components for the teaching of the basics of digital electronics. Rectification, filtering, regulation, oscillators, transistors, are briefly studied before the application of the basic LOGIC GATES are studied. An excellent experiment book leads the student down the path of building circuits using the fundamental AND, OR, NAND, NOR and NOT gates. More advanced gates and counting circuits are built from the basic gate functions. The system runs from a 12V.PlugPak or any 12V.AC or DC power supply. A clear cover protects the system during storage and provides a convenient tray for the connection cables provided.
