This microscope slide making kit will bring out your inner scientist: you'll be preparing slides and exploring microscopic worlds in no time. The kit contains everything needed to start mounting slides, including vials of Eosin and Methylene Blue to improve contrast and reveal the structure of cells and organisms.

The included tweezers and collecting vials allow easy collection of small pieces of plants, fungi, invertebrates and whatever can be extracted from the carpet. These can then be mounted on slides, and viewed with a microscope to expose the magic of the hidden microscopic world.

Each kit also contains brine shrimp eggs and a hatchery. You'll be able to hatch your own living, breathing, swimming invertebrates and rear them to adults. Wonderful to improve understanding of invertebrate biology, and learning about the shrimps lifecycle, from egg to adult.
